According to the joint project plan of the “Unified Education System,” today, at the initiative of the educators from Baisev University, a FLASH info session was organized for the teachers and instructors of the Bopay College of Higher Medical Education and Baisev School-Lyceum. The goal was to present effective ways to enhance innovative solutions for developing educators’ professional potential, shaping the modern innovative teacher’s identity, and supporting the professional and personal growth of young specialists. The session focused on the theme “Pedagogical Ethics and Image.”

The speakers, Bakhyt Sagyndyqkyzy Kolbaeva, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor, and Jumagalieva Zhmagul Aldiyarovna, PhD and Associate Professor, elaborated on the process of image formation and the importance of a teacher’s appealing image for being vividly remembered by children during significant moments of educational activities.

“They say that if any educator is genuinely passionate about their job and shows perseverance, actively seeks out knowledge, puts in effort, thoroughly understands their subject, masters teaching methods, develops pedagogical techniques, knows child psychology well, and embodies the qualities to achieve pedagogical mastery while embracing pedagogical ethics, then undoubtedly they can become a talented and skillful teacher,” concluded the session. Participants expressed their gratitude for the valuable information and provided their suggestions.
