Procedure for awarding vacant educational grants released in the process of obtaining technical and vocational education

– Vacant educational grants released in the process of obtaining technical and vocational education are awarded on a competitive basis to students on a paid basis in this specialty. The competition is held based on the results of intermediate certification.
– When conducting a competition for vacant educational grants, only students, children from low – income families who have the same average score for the entire period of study, and then a, a – (“excellent”) – B+, B, B – (“good”) grades, and actively participate in educational, cultural, sports, other events, have the priority right.
– The issuance of vacant educational grants released in the process of obtaining technical and vocational education is carried out during the summer and winter holidays for available vacancies on a competitive basis in the following order:
1) on a paid basis, the student submits an application to the head of the educational institution for further training on an educational grant. The student’s application is accompanied by a copy of the student’s transcript/Test book, a copy of his identity document, characteristics, documents (portfolio) confirming his active participation in educational, cultural, sports, and other events;
2) the right to participate in the competition – students studying on a paid basis who do not have academic arrears based on the results of intermediate certification.
